Clients pay at the time of the session appointment. Likewise advance payment is due for 4 session series (individual and group.) You may use Cash, check, credit cards or Flexible Spending Account Card (via Square).
Insurance
We can provide a super-bill to you to request reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
(Under Medicare guidelines, NP’s use their own National Provider Identification number (NPI) to bill for services as well as to be reimbursed. Please check your insurance company’s policy on reimbursement of Nurse Practitioners.)
Costs
- New Client information session– 20″ individual phone session. Complementary.
- Individual 1 hour session–in-person, or by phone —$150.00/hour
- Ask about affordable 4 session series–prepaid, used within 9-10 weeks— nonrefundable.
Cancellations
If the client or practitioner cancels an appointment with at least 24 hours notice, they can be rescheduled the session appointment without charge.
Sessions cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice will be charged to the client at full cost.
Sessions cancelled by the practitioner with less than 24 hours notice will be rescheduled with a complementary session.
** Somatic Trauma Healing follows a wellness model. Diagnostic testing, lab work and prescription medication are not provided. We will be part of a healing team, co-ordinating care with your other providers. Services are provided to adults 18 years and older
